Shows the experience of the city of Mostoles and their initiative to promote local development with the concourse of public, private and social stakeholders in the territory. It describes the planning process that led to the creation of the strategic plan for the city, as well as how they would measure and evaluate in the future. It allows the student to use tools to analyze and promote change in the public sector through novel initiatives of high social impact.
