Description

The Human Component of Going Digital is a multimedia material based on the book 'Going Digital', written by Lyndsey Jones and Balvinder Singh Powar. This multimedia will focus on the human aspect of digital transformation, as soft skills and people management are crucial to a successful transformation.

This material is aimed as a self-guided 45–60-minute tutorial with four modules:
1.    The power of soft skills in change management: How can we leverage soft skills to communicate the need for change?
2.    Overcome resistance to change: How can deal with resistance using change management theories?
3.    The human touch, what machines can’t do: How can we empower our team with valuable data and tools?
4.    Inclusion as a driver of diversity: How can we attract and retain diverse talent, and how can we leverage this diversity in business-oriented goals?

The student will navigate through the modules featuring videos, interactive diagrams, animations, reflective exercises, and industry testimonials, coupled with engaging storytelling to immerse the student into dilemmas related to each of the modules.
