Description
This case relates the merger of two leading publicity companies and how, having not checked the synergy between the two, it seemed that this merger did more damage than promote growth. They were faced with the issue of how to meet its employees needs as well as know how to respond to them after the merger in order to avoid harming this new company’s growth.
