On June 5th, IE University had the honor of hosting the Case Collection Managers Day 2025, an event organized by The Case Centre that brought together international experts in case study development and publishing. The goal: to share best practices, foster global collaboration, and explore new frontiers for the case method in higher education.
The day was filled with insightful talks, interactive workshops, and activities designed to inspire reflection and the exchange of ideas. Highlights included:
- A virtual reality workshop led by IE University Publishing, where participants experienced firsthand the potential of immersive technology as a teaching tool.
- A session with IE Professor Rachida Justo, author of the multimedia case Moda re-: A Quest to re-Store Sustainability and re-Imagine Fashion. She shared her experience creating content that combines storytelling, social impact, and digital formats.
- A demonstration of LiveCase, an interactive platform designed to energize case analysis in hybrid learning environments.
- A presentation by The Case Centre sharing findings from their latest student survey, including insights into the impact of case studies in collaboration with the Financial Times.
- A group session on the role of artificial intelligence and emerging trends in case writing, which sparked dynamic debate and co-creation among participants.
