Description
This case describes the process of development and integration of an AI (machine learning) algorithm in the Talent Acquisition (TA) department of a large financial services company to support the recruitment screening of prospective candidates. The whole process involved a close and unique collaboration between domain experts and developers, which illustrates from a practical perspective how the implementation of AI-based applications in business organizations should evolve into a human-AI teaming system that allows technology to augment human capacities, particularly for knowledge-based jobs.
