This case study focuses on the different strategies that a business family must consider when addressing the challenges they face, taking into account mindset and toolset. For this purpose, the case is structured in five modules. An introductory module where the Taboada family is presented and the challenges that a business family has to face in its different phases of life are introduced. This is followed by three modules that focus on each of these main phases: cohesion, growth and generational transition. Last, there is a final module that explains in detail the keys to success for a business family.
