“The Diversity Game” provides a strategic, bird´s eye overview to how corporate governance boards work and, more specifically, how diversity can be built into these bodies to respond to quickly-evolving and unexpected business challenges in an ever more globalized world.

By putting themselves in the shoes of a board member who must make a series of crucial board hiring decision, participants learn about the factors that affect board diversity, how boards can challenge their historical composition patterns, and understand how building diversity into governance boards can lead to better outcomes (both within the organization  and externally when addressing the needs of stakeholders and clients).
