In this video series, Professor Tenhiälä is interviewing Tomi Niskakoski, Senior Advisor – People & Culture, and Agile/Lean Coach in M-Files Corporation. The purpose of the video series is to give an example of how the Designing Your Life framework can be applied. The process starts by acknowledging that one may have dysfunctional beliefs that need to be reframed in order to set one’s wayfinding direction. One central tool of the framework is to think about the alternative lives one could live (so called Odyssey Plans). We talk about the importance of prototyping and building your way towards a well-designed life.
