Description

This case study explores the efforts of Zain, a leading telecommunications and tech company in the Middle East, striving to reach their gender equity targets and empower women in leadership. Despite a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion policy already in place, Zain is always looking for innovative, effective strategies to build upon their successes – and that’s where students come in. The case introduces students to the Global Inclusion Model as a practical framework for addressing organizational inclusion challenges. Students then view animated dramatizations of potential challenges women may face in the workplace, diagnose those challenges, and ultimately offer strategy recommendations for Zain.
