International Women’s Day 2026

Women Transforming Business and the Classroom

On International Women’s Day, at IE University Publishing, we recognize the contribution of women to the advancement of knowledge, business, and education as a fundamental pillar of our institution and a driving force in the progress of society.

The role of women in academia and business is increasingly decisive. Beyond representation, their leadership, innovative mindset, and strategic vision are transforming organizations and enriching the education of new generations. Their perspectives broaden the conversation, strengthen decision-making, and contribute to a more diverse learning environment that is closely connected to today’s business realities.

This progress is clearly reflected at IE University Publishing, where more than 50% of the materials published in our catalog over the past year have been developed by women: authors, faculty members from our institution, and experts in their respective fields. Through their rigor, leadership, and dedication, they not only produce academic content of excellence, but also inspire by example both inside and beyond the classroom.

In addition, several of our resources directly address women’s leadership and inclusion within organizations, such as Female Entrepreneur in Africa and Jane Joins the Club: Diversity and Corporate Governance in Practice. These case studies foster an increasingly important conversation in both academic and corporate environments.

At IE University Publishing, we continue to promote diverse, rigorous academic production focused on generating meaningful impact in business and education. Supporting and highlighting women’s talent in knowledge creation is not a one-time initiative, but a part of how we understand education.
